Congratulations to our Class 6 children! Rehearsals are well under way for the Cluster Armistice Production in November and this afternoon Mr Wallace said our children were a credit to our school and our rehearsal of today's scene was the best in the cluster! Keep it up Class 6, we are all looking forward to watching you in the guild hall! 👍

Today Year 4 ( with Mrs Dewhurst, Mrs Feeney, Mrs RW and Mrs Birch) attended a cluster schools reading festival as part of the 'We are Reading' project. They met the author Philip Reeve and illustrator Sarah McIntyre and participated in a range of activities which included oral storytelling, performing poetry, drama and art. We returned very wet but had a busy and enjoyable day. Once again excellent behaviour and participation. Well done Year 4!#wearereading

Year 3 have had a fabulous afternoon at the civic hall. The children visited a 'China Day' event. They took part in a variety of activities including tasting chinese tea and food; playing chinese board games and musical instruments; learning to hold chopsticks; tai chi and dragon dancing. The event organisers complimented the children on their exceptional manners and behaviour. Well done year 3!
